About

ChronosBiota is a draggable geological chronology and a prehistoric specimen platform for enthusiasts.

From the Cambrian Chengjiang and Burgess fauna, to the Devonian meat finned fish and shield skinned fish, to the end Permian mass extinction, Jurassic Lianglong and Archaeopteryx, Cretaceous Jehol Biota and marine reptiles - you can move your needle on rock layers to read restoration maps, ecological scenes, skeletal structures, and evolutionary branches.

This is not just about dinosaurs. Common misunderstood objects such as pterosaurs, ichthyosaurs, plesiosaurs, ceratopsians, and water dragon beasts are explained separately according to their system positions. The community map only includes combinations that overlap in age and can be understood within the same frame; Color is only used as a basis for expression when there is evidence of pigmentation, and the rest is used to distinguish contours.

Open the specimen to view the scientific name, place of origin, age range, body length comparison, and "easy to mistake" prompt; Enter the structural platform, select and drag away the bone blocks and related structures; In evolutionary branches, look down at common features along the lineage and then jump to specific archives. You can also nail the specimen into the drawer or place it side by side on the comparison table for reading.

The needle tip position, current lens, specimen drawer, comparison table, and notebook are all saved on this machine, without collecting accounts or synchronizing online. All information is installed with the application and can be used offline.

Suitable for enthusiasts who want to systematically understand the history of Paleozoic and Mesozoic life, as well as for those who read museum labels in more detail.
