Light features (daily affirmations, journal summaries) run on your device with Apple Intelligence where available, with a rule-based fallback so they never break. Deep conversations run on a built-in cloud engine, or on your own API key: requests go directly from your device to your provider; your key lives in the Keychain, never sent to us. Before any AI call, a local guard screens your words: self-harm messages never reach the AI - crisis hotlines show instead.
YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES (PRIVACY)
We collect nothing: no analytics, no ads, no trackers, no account. Your check-ins, journal, and photos stay on your device and, if you enable iCloud, sync privately through your own account. Export everything as JSON or CSV anytime. Delete the app and it is all gone - there is no server-side account because none exists.
