GET A GUIDE TO THE NEXT NAP For eligible babies from 2 months, Cradle suggests an upcoming nap window using age-typical awake times and the sleep you log. From 4 months, predictions become more personalised, with nap windows and estimated nap lengths shaped by your baby's own sleep history. Predictions appear when there are enough suitable records. Use them as a gentle guide and follow your baby's feeding and sleepy cues.
TRACK NAPS AND NIGHT SLEEP Start a sleep timer, record bedtime and morning wake-ups, and log night wakings. Check how long your baby has been awake or asleep, revisit previous days and edit records when you need to.
KEEP FEEDS AND CARE CLOSE Track breastfeeding with a nursing timer, bottle feeds, pumping and solid foods. Log wet and dirty nappies, medicine, temperature, mood and notes.
