CrateNote: Moving Inventory

Which box is it in? Search in CrateNote and know which one to open.

Number your boxes and record items, quantities, notes and optional photos. Keep track during a move, dorm-room organization or seasonal storage. Handwritten numbers work; no printer is required.

RECORD Create boxes, choose rooms and flag fragile or priority boxes. Add item names, quantities, photos and notes. Photos are compressed and stored locally.

FIND Search items, box numbers, box names and notes. Filter by room and Packing, Packed or Unpacked status.

CHECKLIST Set a moving date and track preparation and handover tasks. The checklist does not send notifications.

PRINT AND SHARE Export QR box labels and item lists as PDFs using system sharing or printing. QR codes open matching records in the local app; they do not provide remote lookup.

BACK UP Export a complete backup including photos and restore on another device or after reinstalling. Restore asks before replacing data and keeps a safety copy of the previous file. Back up before uninstalling.

One purchase includes all features. Simplified Chinese and English, dark mode and system text sizes. No accounts, ads, subscriptions or tracking SDKs.

Records are stored locally by default. Device backups may include app data. External support pages require a connection. Exported or shared files may contain private information; choose recipients carefully.
