CrewPal For Aircrew

CrewPal brings a crew member's working life into one app. It is made by a Titan Airways captain for colleagues, and is not published by the airline.

You sign in with your own Titan crew login. Your roster and password stay on your iPhone.

ROSTER • Your month at a glance, colour-coded by duty, with every time shown in local and Zulu together • Flights, standbys, hotels, simulator and leave, each with the detail you need on the day: report and off-duty times, aircraft, crew • Roster changes and new roster periods flagged as they appear, with revisions to confirm from the app • Works without signal: the last roster you synced is always there • A wake-up alarm before check-in, and an early warning when a flight opens up during your standby • An Apple Watch app with complications, plus Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets

FRIENDS • The rosters colleagues share with you, laid over a calendar • See who is off when, and plan a meet-up for a day that works

FLEET AND OPERATIONS • The fleet's flying as a timeline, with your own sectors picked out • A departures and arrivals board for each station

PLACES • A guide written by crew for crew: restaurants, bars, cafés and sights down route • Ratings and reviews from colleagues, opening hours and directions • Add a place or a review of your own • Send feedback on a hotel stay to the company's hotel desk

TRIPS • A group chat for each trip with the crew you are flying with • Direct messages and groups with colleagues • Share your location on a trip map if you choose to. It is off until you switch it on

ME • Leave balances, the leave calendar and your bids • Qualifications and their expiry dates

WHO CAN USE IT CrewPal needs a Titan Airways crew account. Without one it stops at the sign-in page.

PRIVACY Your roster, alarms and Titan password are kept on your phone and are not held on CrewPal's server. Places and crew chat use a CrewPal account made with your Titan email address, which you can delete from the app at any time. The privacy notice sets out exactly what is held and for how long.
