About
Today's workout is free. Subscribe for your goal programme: tell us what you want to achieve and get an 8-13 week plan of 15-minute sessions built around it, with a Sunday check-in that adjusts the weeks ahead. Subscribers can also catch up on missed days and redo any workout.
Fifteen minutes. That's the whole excuse gone.
DailyFit15 gives you one short, honest workout a day - no 90-minute gym session to plan around, no wall of equipment to buy. Open the app and today's 15 minutes is already waiting. Press play, follow along, done before the kettle's boiled.
How it works • A single 15-minute workout lands each day, built around a weekly plan. • Six session types rotate through your week: Cardio, Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, HIIT and Active Recovery. • Every fourth week eases off - a recovery week to let your body catch up. • Difficulty adjusts up or down per session type, based on how your workouts actually go. • Workout formats rotate week to week, so it never feels like the same six routines on repeat.
During a session • A clear countdown timer with a work/rest ring that runs green to red as each interval ends. • Optional voice cues call the next move and the final few seconds. • No equipment needed. Where a session mentions a hill or a bike, a no-kit alternative is built into the instructions.
Keeping track • A daily streak for turning up. • Your full workout history, with a one-tap "repeat yesterday's session". • Missed a day? Catch-up sessions slot back into your plan without derailing it.
Plans • DailyFit15 - the everyday plan: a daily 15-minute workout, rotating weekly, no equipment. • Coaching - for a marathon, half or full Ironman in the next 12 months: a real coach builds your plan around your race date, with check-ins as it approaches.
