DayReady

DayReady helps K-12 school districts make every substitute day a real teaching day. Teachers prepare their classroom once, substitutes get the job and everything they need to run it, and school leaders can see who's covered.

DayReady is provided to school districts by LogicLoft. Sign in with the account your district gives you; the app works for staff and substitutes of districts that use DayReady.

FOR SUBSTITUTES • Job offers as notifications — accept or decline in a tap, even when the app is closed • Your schedule, with a reminder the day before each assignment • The teacher's lesson plans, daily routines, class rules and seating chart for the day • Emergency procedures and the student accommodations you need to know, shown only for your assignment • End-of-day notes back to the teacher • Clock in and out where your district uses DayReady time tracking • Available in English and Spanish

FOR TEACHERS • Report an absence and know the moment a substitute accepts it • Keep lesson plans, routines, rules and seating charts ready for any sub • Read your sub's end-of-day notes when you're back

FOR SCHOOL AND DISTRICT ADMINISTRATORS • See today's absences and coverage across your schools • Approvals, timesheets and reports from your phone

BUILT FOR SCHOOLS • Sign in with your district's Google, Microsoft or single sign-on account • Role-based access: substitutes see only their current assignment • Designed for FERPA and California student-privacy law (SOPIPA, AB 1584); no ads, no tracking, no data sales

Works alongside the absence systems districts already use.
