DecisionOptionMemo

About
Some decisions deserve more than a note in your head. Decision Memo keeps the whole shape of a hard choice in one place: the question you were really asking, the options you were actually weighing, and the reasons you were afraid to write down. You set the criteria that matter, give each one a weight, and score the options against them. The app does the arithmetic and shows you the ranking, then tells you plainly when two options are too close to call, when the evidence is thin, or when a key assumption has never been tested.
Nothing here pretends to decide for you. It is a quiet record of how you reasoned, made while you were still in the middle of reasoning. When you commit to an option, you choose a date to come back and compare what happened with what you expected. In a year, that record is worth more than the memory of the mood you were in.
The whole ledger lives on your iPhone. There is no account, no sync service, and no analytics. You can export every memo as a plain text file whenever you want a copy that will outlive the app.
