DoliLink puts your Dolibarr in your pocket. At a meeting, on site or on the road, find your customers, documents and stock, and update them live on your own server.

EVERYTHING TO HANDLE, RIGHT AWAY The home screen gathers what needs you: open quotes, orders to ship, unpaid invoices, overdue tasks and tickets. One tap takes you to the right list.

YOUR DOLIBARR MODULES Third parties and contacts, products and services, warehouses and stock movements, quotes, orders, invoices, shipments and receptions, supplier purchases, contracts, interventions, projects and tasks, tickets, bank and salaries. Plus the agenda, expense reports and leave requests.

STATUS AT A GLANCE Each record glows with the color of its status: draft, validated, in progress, paid… Lists filter with one tap on status or type (prospect, customer, supplier).

EVERYTHING IS LINKED From a third party, open its quotes, orders, invoices, contracts or interventions. From an invoice, jump to the project or the order. Tap a phone number, email or website to call or write.

CREATE AND EDIT Create a quote, validate an order, add a line, change a status: changes go straight to your Dolibarr, with your user permissions.

PHOTOS AND SCANS Take a photo of a receipt or scan a multi-page document and attach it to any record: invoice, expense report, intervention, third party…

SEVERAL SERVERS, SEVERAL PROFILES Switch between companies or users in one gesture. Keys are stored in the device keychain, with Face ID.

MAKE IT YOURS 13 color themes, light or dark mode, and an app icon that matches your theme. The interface uses Dolibarr's official translations, in your language.

TRY IT, NOTHING TO INSTALL The “Try the demo” button opens the app on a fictitious company in your trade, free and with no account: services, sole trader, building, wholesale, maintenance or property management.

WHAT YOU NEED A Dolibarr server with the REST API module enabled, and your API key (generated on your Dolibarr user card).

DOLILINK PRO Using DoliLink with your own server requires a DoliLink Pro subscription: 14-day free trial, then a monthly or yearly subscription at the price shown in the App Store for your country. Payment is charged to your Apple account at the end of the trial. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings.
