Dosszi makes digitising company invoices and documents simple and secure. Employees scan documents with their phones, and the company admin manages everything in one place on the web.
SCANNING DONE RIGHT • Automatic page detection and straightening – a skewed photo becomes a clean A4 page • Shadow removal, contrast and low-light correction • Filters: enhanced, grayscale, black & white • A warning when a photo is blurry, so you can retake it • Several pages in one PDF; rotate, crop and reorder pages
UPLOADS EVEN OFFLINE No signal? The document stays on your phone as "Pending" and uploads automatically once you are back online. You can also upload files: PDF, JPEG, PNG, HEIC and XML (e-invoices).
EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE • Document list with filters: category, uploader, date range • Dosszi remembers your last used category • Statuses: New, Processed, Rejected – uploaders see the rejection reason • Notifications when a document is processed or rejected
SECURE BY DEFAULT • Two-step sign-in with a code sent by email • Face ID / fingerprint unlock, automatic lock after 1 minute of inactivity • Encrypted storage on the phone, private storage in the EU (Frankfurt) • Roles: company admin and users, with per-user visibility settings
