About
Doughslip is a focused weighing desk for bread bakers. Build a formula with one or more flours, water, salt and levain. Set a target dough weight and loaf count, then see the ingredient weights recalculate immediately.
Flour shares must total 100%. Water, salt and levain are entered as percentages of direct flour. Set your levain hydration to see the effective hydration including flour and water from the starter. Weights round to 0.1 g and the water line absorbs the rounding difference so the batch total matches your target. Invalid formulas show a clear correction before PDF export.
Save, edit, duplicate and delete named formulas on your device. Add a baker's note. Preview and share a real one-page PDF batch slip with the formula, ingredient weights, loaf weight and hydration. An optional country-loaf example lets you try the entire workflow; new installs otherwise begin empty.
Doughslip is a calculation and record tool. It does not test ingredients or provide food-safety advice. Check your scale, levain and method before mixing. Formula data stays on your device unless you choose a destination through the iOS share sheet. One purchase, with no account, subscription, ads, analytics or developer-server upload.
