By TK ALFA TRANS TOV · Music and audioWhy we expect it: A focused, honest niche tool for drummers, with a clear value proposition and a well-written description that explains exactly what it does and does not do.
About
Drumscribe is a colourful tuning notebook for drummers who already measure pitch with a separate tuner. Log each lug on a live ring for snare, toms, and kick. See at a glance which lugs sit high, low, or on target. Save sessions before a gig and compare afterward to spot drift without re-tuning the whole kit. Built for lug-to-lug work: tolerance controls, batter and resonant heads, and a reference library with sensible starting bands when your ears need a nudge. Compare two sessions on one drum and focus only on lugs that moved. Drumscribe does not listen through the microphone and is not a metronome. It is the journal that keeps your kit consistent show after show.
