Fuller is a small tool for making what you already eat more satisfying.
Type what you're about to have, the way you'd say it. "Toast and jam." "Crisps." "Leftover rice." Fuller shows the one or two things many people add to make it last, and why. Add them with a tap, or don't. Nothing is taken away. A bag of crisps stays a bag of crisps; the only question is what would go well next to it.
It is built on a simple idea from nutrition: three compounds, protein, fibre and fat. When a meal or snack carries two or more of them, many people find it holds them for longer. That is the whole idea, and Fuller does nothing more than that.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO There is nothing to count and nothing to log. Fuller never asks how much. It has no plan to follow and no streak to keep. It does not measure, weigh or score you. Every food in its library is tagged, by hand, with whichever of the three compounds it carries in a normal portion, and that coarse tag is all it uses.
WHAT'S FREE The builder, and 25 combos, with no timer and no limit. That is a complete app.
FULLER COMPLETE One purchase adds the full combo library, "Fix my fridge" (type three things you have, get combos that use them), saved combos, and a week of ideas for when you're hungry and blank. You choose the price from three amounts that all unlock exactly the same thing. Pay what you think it is worth. It never asks again.
HOW IT IS BUILT The food library ships inside the app. Everything works offline. No account, no analytics, no server. What you type stays on your phone. Purchases go through Apple; Fuller only learns whether the unlock is active.
Fuller offers general food ideas, not medical or dietary advice.
