About

One phone. One fire. The questions start light and burn down to the good stuff.

Ember is a question game you play by passing one phone around the circle. Works offline: no Wi-Fi or signal needed, which makes it perfect for camping.

Type in who's there, light the fire, and tap it: a spark flies up and becomes a question for whoever's holding the phone. Answer it, pass it to the left, and watch the night go deeper as the fire burns down.

• Kindling, logs, embers. Easy questions to start, stories in the middle, honest ones once the fire is low. • Made for your people. Tell Ember how you know each other (old friends, new friends, neighbors, family, coworkers, couples, a team) and it deals questions that fit. • Secret ballots. "Who's most likely to…" goes around hidden, then the votes fly out of the fire as sparks, one name at a time. • House rules and hot seats keep everyone on their toes. • Kids around the fire? One switch keeps every question all-ages. • Write your own cards for the jokes only your group gets. • A real fire, drawn live: stars, pines, sparks and coals that glow brighter with every question.

Offline by design. No signal, no accounts, no ads, and nothing ever leaves your phone.

Made for campfires, and just as good anywhere people gather: dinner parties, game night, road trips, date night, family holidays, a team offsite, a cabin weekend, or a power outage.
