ePatrol

ePatrol is the app for security guards, caretakers and field operators whose company uses the ePatrol platform to manage site patrols and services.

AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR COMPANY IS REQUIRED ePatrol is a professional tool supplied by your employer. You can sign in with the account your company gave you, or request your personal account from the app by scanning the QR code of your site: it becomes active once your company approves it. There are no purchases in the app.

PATROLS WITH NFC TAGS • See the patrols scheduled for your site, with their time slot. • Hold your iPhone near each NFC tag along the route: the checkpoint is recorded with time and position. • A tag that is damaged or cannot be reached can be marked as "not reached", with a note. • A coloured dot shows the status of each tag: read, not reached, still to do. • Photos and notes left by colleagues help you find each tag. • Before sending, the app shows a summary and asks for confirmation. • Sent patrols stay in your history, and while the schedule allows it you can reopen one, correct it and send it again.

TEAM PATROLS Carry out one patrol together with your colleagues, each with their own phone or confirming their presence with a personal PIN.

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Basements, car parks and warehouses often have no coverage. ePatrol keeps working: everything you record is stored on the phone and sent automatically as soon as the connection is back.

ATTENDANCE AND SHIFTS • Clock in and out of your service. • See your shifts and send requests to the office. • Get a reminder when your shift is about to start.

DIARY AND ISSUE REPORTS • Write notes in the service diary, with their level of urgency. • Report a fault or an anomaly with photos, right where you find it. • Follow the status of your reports until they are resolved.

DOCUMENTS AND NOTIFICATIONS • Read the documents and instructions your company shares for your site. • Receive notifications about your shifts and your reports.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY • Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID on your personal phone. • Your data is handled by your company under its privacy notice, which you can read in the app. • You can ask for your account to be deleted from the app at any time.
