About

The photo is saved before anything else, so a card is never lost — even with no signal. It reads mixed-language and bilingual cards (Spanish, German, Dutch, Arabic, Chinese and more).

Made for exhibitors who come home from a trade show with a pocket full of business cards and a week of typing ahead of them.

SCAN, CHECK, SAVE Photograph a card and the app fills in the name, job title, company, emails, phone numbers, website and address. Anything else worth keeping, such as a VAT number or a second person on the card, is kept too. Names, companies and job titles are kept as printed. When a card is in another language or alphabet, a translation into your language is added beside them; you can turn this off in Settings. You see every field next to the photo and correct it before the contact is saved. Add the back of the card and both sides become one contact. A card that was hard to read is flagged, so you know which ones to check twice. Nothing to scan yet? A built-in sample shows how a bilingual card is read.

MADE FOR THE SHOW FLOOR Set the event once and every card you scan is tagged with it. Add a note while the conversation is fresh, and assign the contact to the colleague who should follow up. Later, search by name, company or notes, or filter by event. You can also put your own company name, logo and accent colour on the app.

NO SIGNAL IN THE HALL Reading a card needs an internet connection. Without one, the photo waits in a queue on your phone and is read automatically once you are back online. Everything else works with no connection: viewing, editing, searching and exporting your contacts.

YOUR LEADS LEAVE WITH YOU Export all your contacts, or a single event, as an Excel spreadsheet, a CSV file or vCards, and send the file wherever it needs to go from the share sheet. Share one contact as a vCard, with the card photo attached, ready for your phone's address book or a colleague's. Export is never limited. A backup file holds every contact, photo and setting, and “Erase all data” removes everything from the phone when you want it gone.

SCANS There is a free monthly scan allowance, and Settings shows how many scans you have left. Need more? Optional in-app purchases add 500 scans that never expire, or 30 or 365 days with no monthly, yearly or daily scan limit (fair use). If your scans run out, new cards wait in the queue and are read when the allowance renews or when you add scans. The contacts you already have are never locked, limited or hidden.

YOUR DATA No sign-in, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. Contacts and card photos are stored on your device; when you scan a card, the photo and a random anonymous id that counts your scans are sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which passes the photo to Anthropic's Claude AI to be read and does not keep it. If you start or join a team, the team’s contact list is also kept on our server, encrypted on the phone with a key our server does not have. If you use the optional AI helpers “Summarise notes” or “About their company”, the contact’s details and your notes, or for “About their company” only the company’s name and website, are sent the same way; “About their company” reads one page of that website. The full privacy policy is linked on this page and inside the app under Settings.
