Put distracting apps in your locker. Watch your focus time on the lock, finish your task and review the result. Claim a break; when it ends, restrictions return and your next task is ready.

Screen Time authorization is required. You choose the specific apps and websites to restrict. FirstDo does not lock your entire phone, and individual authorization can be revoked.
AI review requires iOS 26 or later, a compatible device and an available Apple Intelligence model. It reviews text and text recognized in photos, may make mistakes and cannot prove real-world completion. The timer measures elapsed time, not actual work. FirstDo is a productivity tool, not a medical treatment.
No account, ads, subscription or developer-run task server. Task data stays on your device. Daily tasks follow your iPhone’s time zone. Available in English and Simplified Chinese.
