Flexnu Vognmand

Flexnu Vognmand gives the owner of the vehicles in Danish flex transport an overview of the whole business from the phone: today's daily runs, where the vehicles are right now, what the day has earned – and PDF reports for any period.

TODAY'S DAILY RUNS One line per vehicle per day: driver, time window, status and settlement. Step back to yesterday or forward to tomorrow. Open one to see the whole day, including every message from the dispatch centre, in the order it arrived.

LIVE MAP – AND OPEN IN APPLE MAPS Watch your vehicles on the map as they drive. Tap one to jump to its daily run, or call the driver. "Åbn i Apple Kort" (Open in Apple Maps) opens the vehicle's position in Apple Maps – from Min flåde (My fleet), from a daily run or from the live map.

REVENUE PER VEHICLE, DRIVER AND DAY Choose a period and split it per vehicle, per driver, per route or per day. Settled and awaiting are always shown apart: a daily run that has been driven but not yet settled is shown as exactly that – never as zero.

TIME REGISTRATION AND PDF REPORTS See your drivers' registrations with gross, break and net hours, and correct one, with a reason. Download the revenue, monthly, shift and working-time reports as PDFs for the period you choose, and share them straight from your phone.

VEHICLES AND DRIVERS Create, edit and archive vehicles and drivers. Choose which vehicles a driver may take. Reset a driver's PIN while you are standing in the yard.

OVERVIEW The home screen gathers what needs your attention right now and answers one question: is anything wrong?

NUMBERS YOU CAN TRUST The app will not show a number it cannot stand behind. If something cannot be loaded, it says so – rather than showing a zero that looks like an answer.

ACCESS Requires a Flexnu operator login. Accounts are set up by Flexnu; there is no self-service sign-up. Drivers use the separate Flexnu driver app.
