FloStyle

FloStyle is a judging app for freestyle kayaking, built around how a scribe really works at the water's edge. With a powerful 3D trick animation view, you can also quickly see what tricks should look like.

Score a ride • Every Paddle Worldwide 2026 hole and wave trick, with Clean, Super Clean, Air, Huge and Link • Surface and Squirt Paddle Worldwide scoring built in, with custom rule sets available if required • Big, clear tiles made for a tablet in the rain, and a phone layout for your pocket • A run timer with a warning beep, and tricks after the hooter flagged as late • A check in role, for ensuring boats and kit meet the requirements

Run a competition • Athletes, classes, sessions and heats, all drawn to the Paddle Worldwide format • Create a competition from the app or a spreadsheet, making large competition setup a breeze • One device can run the whole day, or host a panel of judges over a phone hotspot or any WiFi • Judges join by scanning a code, in the app or in any browser, with nothing to install • The chief judge sees every sheet, compares judges, overrules with a reason and locks the score • Live results, a big screen for the venue and overlays for a stream • PDF and CSV results, with full backups available.

Practise and have fun • Standalone sessions for training, with results you can export • Fun moves and jam sessions for club nights • A move library with the definition and value of every trick

Yours, not ours • No account, no sign-up, no subscription • Works with no internet at all • Nothing leaves your devices unless you choose to publish results to paddlefreestyle.com, and paddlers can be listed by bib number only

Made by paddlers, for judges, scribes, coaches and clubs.

Happy paddling!
