In short

Fluido: Your Water Tracker counts each drink by how much it actually hydrates, so water and herbal tea count in full while coffee, beer and wine count for less. It is aimed at people who want a daily goal based on their weight and activity, with reminders that adjust to how their day is going. One detail that stands out is that everything stays on the iPhone, with no account or sign-up required.

About

A coffee isn't a glass of water. Fluido knows the difference.

Most water trackers add up millilitres. Fluido tracks effective hydration: every drink counts at its own rate. Water and herbal tea count in full, coffee a little less, beer less again, and wine and spirits barely at all. The number you see is how hydrated you actually are, not just how much you poured.

LOG IN A TAP • 21 drinks, from water, coffee and tea to kombucha, broth, beer, wine and cocktails • Real sizes for each drink: espresso, mug, can, US pint, UK pint, bottle, stein • Edit or backfill any entry if you forgot to log • Metric (ml), US (fl oz) or UK (imp oz)

A GOAL THAT FITS YOU Fluido sets your daily goal from your weight and how active you are, about 33 ml per kilo plus what your day costs you. You can change it any time.

REMINDERS THAT PAY ATTENTION Fluido's nudges react to how your day is actually going: • Skip if you just drank: no nudge within 45 minutes of a log • Chase the gap: nudges come sooner when you fall behind and later when you're ahead • Stop at the goal: once you hit it, the rest of the day goes quiet • After a workout: one extra nudge when Apple Health records exercise • Ease off on weekends: fewer nudges on Saturday and Sunday • Your waking hours come from Sleep in Apple Health, so nothing arrives at 3am

SEE YOUR PATTERNS • Watch your day fill up, from empty to full • A 7-day chart of your totals against your goal • See what you drink most, split by type • A hydration curve showing when in the day you drink • A full history, day by day

STAY ON A STREAK 24 awards to earn: streaks from a week to a full year, lifetime totals up to 1,000 litres, and habits like a glass soon after waking, half your goal before noon, or a dry month.

ALWAYS WITHIN REACH • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • Log a drink from the Shortcuts app without opening Fluido • Two-way Apple Health sync, so your other apps see the same water

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No sign-up. No tracking. Everything you log stays on your iPhone, and reminders are scheduled on the device, so they work with no connection.

Hydration rates are general estimates for everyday tracking and aren't medical advice. If you have a condition that affects how much you should drink, follow your doctor's guidance.
