About
Protect your attention for what matters.
Focnera helps you create intentional focus time by combining a focus timer, app blocking, Screen Time insights, and meaningful reflection. Choose what you want to focus on, select the distracting apps you want out of the way, and protect that time. If you try to open a protected app during your session, Focnera reminds you what you chose to focus on.
CHOOSE WHAT MATTERS Start every focus session with an intention. Whether you're studying, working, reading, spending time with family, or simply taking a break from distractions, Focnera keeps the reason for your session visible.
PROTECT YOUR FOCUS Select distracting apps and choose how long you want to focus. During your protected session, those selected apps stay blocked so you can stay with what you intended to do.
STAY WITH YOUR INTENTION When a protected app tries to pull your attention away, Focnera reminds you what you chose to focus on instead.
UNDERSTAND YOUR SCREEN TIME See your daily Screen Time and understand which apps are taking most of your attention.
REFLECT AFTER EACH SESSION When your protected time ends, record whether you finished your intention, made progress, or still have more to do.
SEE YOUR PROGRESS Track: • Protected focus time • Completed intentions • Focus sessions • Recent session history • Focus time by intention
Focnera is designed for people who want to use their phone more intentionally without turning focus into another complicated productivity system.
Choose what matters. Protect the time for it.
