FOCO: Word Highlighter

FOCO watches every page you visit in Safari and highlights the words and phrases you tell it matter: a street address in a listing feed, a case number, a competitor's name, your kid's school. They jump out without you scanning for them.

LISTS & COLOR Group words into colored lists: solid fill, colored underline, or an outline box. Two curated palettes, Soft and Neon, with colors chosen for contrast automatically.

MATCHING THAT SCALES WITH YOU Literal by default, with accent folding, so "cafe" matches "café" too. Add wildcards or full regular expressions when you need them.

SCOPED TO WHERE IT MATTERS Limit any word to specific sites, or exclude it from a few. Block FOCO entirely on chosen sites, subdomains included, toggleable right from the Safari popup.

NOTIFIED THE MOMENT IT APPEARS Mark a word Notify on Match and get a real macOS notification when it turns up, plus a badge on the toolbar icon. Alerts are de-duplicated per page, so nothing nags you twice.

A QUIET SAFARI POPUP Master on/off, a per-site mute, Word Alerts, and a collapsible breakdown of what's highlighted on the current page and how many times each word matched. Right-click any selection to add it to a list.

A REAL MAC APP FOR THE HEAVY LIFTING Browse Lists, Domains, Notify on Match and Current Page Highlights from a sidebar. Search across every list, bulk-edit, export/import, and recover anything from Recently Deleted for 30 days.

PRIVACY No account, no sign-in, no server. There is no backend. Your word lists live in a local, shared container on your Mac. Nothing is transmitted anywhere. No analytics, no tracking, no telemetry of any kind. Page content is read and highlighted entirely on-device, in the browser.
