FogPay SoftToken is the official two-factor authentication app for FogPay merchant and corporate users. It generates 6-digit time-based one-time passcodes (TOTP) for signing in to the FogPay dashboard — entirely on your device, with no internet connection required.
• OFFICIAL — built for FogPay 2FA setup: scan the QR code in your FogPay dashboard or enter the setup key manually. • 100% OFFLINE — codes are generated locally using the open RFC 6238 standard (HMAC-SHA1, 30-second codes). The app makes no network requests at all. • SECURE — secret keys are stored encrypted in the iOS Keychain (this-device-only, excluded from backups). Optional Face ID / Touch ID lock keeps your codes private. • MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS — manage every FogPay merchant, admin, and staff login in one place. • ONE-TAP COPY — tap a code to copy it; a countdown ring shows exactly when each code rotates.
GETTING STARTED 1. In the FogPay dashboard: Settings → Security → Enable 2FA. 2. Scan the QR code with FogPay SoftToken (or type the setup key). 3. Enter the 6-digit code shown in the app whenever you sign in.
STANDARDS-BASED Implements RFC 6238 (TOTP) / RFC 4226 (HOTP) with HMAC-SHA1 — the same codes as the FogPay servers.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN FogPay SoftToken collects no data, uses no analytics, and never connects to the internet. Camera access is used only to scan setup QR codes.
