FolderNetwork puts your company's shared folders on your phone.
Your workplace runs a FolderNetwork workspace: the shared folders your team already works from, hosted by your company rather than in a personal cloud account. This app is how you reach them when you are not at your desk.
**Sign in to your workspace.** Your company creates the workspace and your account; you sign in on your phone and it registers as one of your devices. Your employer can revoke a lost phone without touching anything else.
**See only what you should see.** Access is set per person and per folder — edit, read-only, or the folder does not appear at all. That is decided on the server, not hidden in the app.
**Send photos and documents in.** Pick photos or videos, choose files, or scan paper pages with the camera and send them as a single PDF. Everything lands in your workspace, in the folder your company expects.
**Get earlier versions back.** Files keep their history, and deleted items can be restored for as long as your company's retention setting allows.
**Lock the app.** Optional Face ID, Touch ID or device passcode on the app itself.
---
**You need a workspace to use this app.** FolderNetwork is bought by a business; this app signs in to an existing workspace and cannot create one.
**What this app is not.** It is not a personal cloud drive, and it is not your company's backup — a synced folder copies a deletion everywhere. Ask your IT contact what your backup arrangement is.
