About

Your workouts. Your data. No subscription.

Form is your private, offline workout tracker for iPhone. Build a strength plan, log reps and optional weights, and see your progress over time. No account required. No subscription. One purchase unlocks the app.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your training records stay on your iPhone. Form does not upload them to us, show ads or track you across apps and websites.

READY WHEN YOU ARE Strength planning, set logging, weekly goals and progress work offline. Open the app and get on with your session, at home, in the gym or wherever you train.

YOUR PLAN, YOUR ROUTINE Start with the editable 45–60 minute strength plan or the two-day essentials, or create a plan of your own. Choose your exercises, sets, rep ranges and training days. Move an individual strength workout within the week when life changes your schedule.

QUICK SET LOGGING Use shortcuts you choose for each exercise, or type the exact amount. Track reps with optional added weight or assistance. Carries and holds support distance and time. Edit saved sets, add notes and review earlier performance.

PROGRESS THAT KEEPS THE CONTEXT Follow an exercise across all your training or within a started plan. Compare bodyweight, added-load and assisted sets separately. Set your own weekly rep targets for any rep-based exercise.

167 EXERCISES, PLUS YOUR OWN Explore bodyweight, kettlebell, band and gym exercises with technique cues, equipment and illustrative muscle maps. Add custom exercises and configure the quick-entry amounts that suit you.

OPTIONAL RUNNING CALENDAR Show scheduled runs alongside your strength plan by selecting a running calendar from Apple Calendar. Calendar access is optional and read only; strength tracking works without it. Calendar updates depend on Apple Calendar and your calendar provider. Form does not connect directly to Runna, Garmin or Strava, and scheduled events are not completed activities.

ONE PURCHASE. NO RECURRING FEES. No Form account, subscription or in-app purchases. This version stores your training locally and does not include cloud sync or data export. Device backups are managed through your Apple settings.

Requires iOS 17 or later. Exercise guidance and muscle illustrations are informational. Form is a general fitness log, not a medical device or a substitute for medical advice.
