freedomPark: Share a Spot

freedomPark lets neighbors share parking spots — no accounts, no registration, just a community your building shares by name and a short code.

HOW IT WORKS • Create or join your building's community with a name + code (or scan a QR code a neighbor shares with you) • List your own spot — size, whether it has an EV charger, and mark it open whenever you're not using it • Optionally announce a recurring or date-range window for when the spot tends to be free • Browse open spots across every community you belong to, sort by size, EV charger, or availability, and request one for a guest, a visitor, or yourself • Optionally say when you'll need it and for how long — hours, days, or months • The owner always has the final say: they approve or deny each request, and can take a spot back at any time, even one they already approved

WHY freedomPark • No sign-up, no email, no password — join a community and you're set • The owner is never locked in: approving a request doesn't give anyone permanent rights to a spot they still own • Edit your spot's details anytime, and leave a community whenever you no longer need it • A gentle overdue notice appears if an agreed time passes with no action, so nothing falls through the cracks • Finished early? Requesters can mark themselves done so the owner knows the spot is free again • Share your community by QR code — as easy as sharing a wifi password • Fully bilingual, English and Spanish, switch anytime in Settings • Free, no subscription, no ads

WHO IT'S FOR Any building, complex, or community where some residents have a spare parking spot sometimes, and others could use one — without a spreadsheet, a group chat, or an awkward knock on the door.
