About
Furia Fitness builds your week and keeps it up to date. You do not have to decide what to train today: you open it and you train.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
The weight goes up on its own. The app looks at what you actually lifted — the reps, the weight, whether it was hard — and gives you the right number next time. If something felt easy, it goes up. If you have been stuck at the same weight for three sessions, it goes up. If you fell short twice, it backs off and lets you recover.
Your muscles get to rest. The plan splits the week by how many days you train, and never repeats a muscle without giving it 48 hours. Whatever you did not finish carries over to the next week as is.
WHAT YOU GET
- 373 exercises with technique and the muscles they work - Your week, already decided and in order - Full history: every set, every weight, every date - Progress: volume, personal records, measurements and photos - Body balance: which group is ahead and which one owes you work - At home or at the gym, with whatever equipment you have - Spanish and English - Pounds or kilos
WHO IT IS FOR
For anyone who already trains and is tired of improvising. And for anyone starting out who does not know where to begin.
SUBSCRIPTION
Furia Fitness is a subscription. The monthly plan includes a 2-week free trial. It renews on its own until you cancel it, from your store settings.
