Gambrel shows you the plumbing, HVAC and electrical companies that actually drive to your address, when they are actually free, and lets you book a window on their real schedule. It lands on their calendar. Nobody answers a phone at either end.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell us what is wrong and where you are. 2. See the companies that cover your ZIP - not the ones that paid to be at the top, because nobody can. 3. Pick a real open window and book it. You get a confirmation and a reference straight away.
EVERY COMPANY IS CHECKED
A company cannot list on Gambrel without a licence and insurance we have verified.
- Licences are checked against the state's own registers and re-checked every night, not once at signup. - Insurance has to carry at least $1M in general liability, and the expiry date is tracked. - If either lapses, the listing comes down until it is current again.
REVIEWS FROM REAL JOBS ONLY
A review on Gambrel is tied to a booking. That means the only people who can rate a company are the people who actually had them out. No competitors, no strangers, nobody who was never a customer.
YOUR APPOINTMENTS, ON YOUR PHONE
Every appointment you book is in the app. Move it, cancel it, or add photos of the problem so the technician arrives knowing what he is walking into. You will get a reminder before the window opens.
