GDF Connect

GDF Connect is the field app for licensed private security agencies. It requires an organization code and an account issued by your agency — there is no sign-up in the app.

FOR OFFICERS ON SHIFT - See your upcoming shifts and the pass-down from the officer before you. - Clock in and out at the property, verified against the site's geofence. If you are off site, you can still clock in by recording why. - Your location is shared with your agency and the site's client only while you are clocked in. It starts at clock-in and stops at clock-out, and it never tracks you between shifts. - File incident reports with photos and video, and log notes as the shift goes. - Scan checkpoints and run patrol tours. - Work through assigned tasks, inspections and maintenance tickets. - Message your supervisor and your team, including hold-to-talk voice notes. - Body cam: start a recording when an incident begins and it streams live to your operations center. It records only while you keep it running and never starts on its own.

FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS AND CLIENTS - Your properties, and the officer covering each one right now on a live map. - Patrol history, incident reports and daily activity reports. - Your weekly schedule of coverage. - Message the agency and drop a pin on the map to point an officer at something.

Your agency decides who has an account and what they can see. All data is held in your agency's own system under your agency's retention policy.
