MOVEMENT, SIMPLY Log walks, runs and workouts. Estimate calories burned from a local exercise database using the activity, duration, intensity and your optional weight. The exercise database works offline.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE Choose optional food, movement and weight goals. Review your week or month, compare recorded activity and follow your weight history. Missing records are kept distinct from zero.
