Getaway: Roadblock Puzzle

A getaway car is racing for the edge of town, and you have a handful of roadblocks. Set one, and the car drives a block. Set another, and it drives again. Box it in before it gets away.

The driver is smart. It knows every street, it knows how many roadblocks you have left, and each turn it takes whichever way is hardest to stop. Plan for the obvious route and it will take another. To win, you have to think like the driver.

Then there are two of them, driving as a team: one draws your roadblocks while the other runs. And when an ambulance needs to get through, the trap that catches the car might catch the ambulance too.
