About
Gymdesk Coach Companion is the mobile app for coaches who's athletes compete in tournaments through Smoothcomp and Gymdesk. Built for the person standing on the mat, not behind a desk — quick to check during a busy competition day.
TODAY, AT A GLANCE Open the app and immediately see what's happening: ongoing and upcoming events for your club, sorted by time. No digging through menus — just today's schedule, front and center.
MANAGE YOUR ATHLETES Keep track of registered athletes for your club. See who's signed up, who's attending, and stay on top of your roster without switching to a laptop.
WORK ACROSS MULTIPLE CLUBS Coach at more than one gym or academy? Switch between clubs in seconds. Connect to a new club instantly by scanning an invite QR code from your administrator — no manual setup required.
BUILT FOR COACHES ON THE GO • Pull to refresh event and athlete data anytime • Clean, fast interface designed for quick glances between sessions
Gymdesk Coach Companion connects to your existing Smoothcomp account — no separate sign-up needed. If your club isn't listed yet, ask your administrator for an invite.
