About

Let's face it, you just want to track your workouts. You want to remember what you lifted last week. You want to know how many reps you did. You want to look back a few months from now and see whether you're actually making progress.

But you don't want to create another account. You don't want to hand over your email address and end up on another mailing list. You don't want another subscription quietly appearing on your credit card. And you probably don't need an app packed with hundreds of features you'll never use, complicated training systems you never asked for, or an “AI-powered” feature attached to everything simply because AI is the latest buzzword. You just want a simple workout log.

Gymothee is a straightforward workout tracker built around a simple idea: tracking your training shouldn't be complicated, and your workout data should stay under your control. Open the app, record what you did, review your history, and get back to training.

No Sign-Up. No Subscription. No Ads.

Create and organize the exercises you use and record your sets, reps, and weights as you train. Whether you're logging a heavy compound lift, a machine exercise, or an accessory movement, Gymothee keeps the process simple.

You can also track cardio sessions, including distance and duration, alongside your strength training. Your workouts are organized by session and date, giving you a clear record of what you've done.

See Your Progress Over Time

A workout log becomes valuable when you can look back at it. Review previous sessions and see how your training has changed over time. Look at the weights you've used, the reps you've completed, the exercises you've performed, and your cardio history. Instead of relying on memory, you have a record of your training. Instead of wondering whether you're progressing, you can look back and see the work you've actually put in.

Your Data Stays on Your Device

This is one of the fundamental principles behind Gymothee. Your workout records are stored locally on your device during normal use. Gymothee does not require an online account or a cloud service for you to record and review your workouts.

No internet connection? You can still use Gymothee.

Your workout history doesn't need to be sent to a remote server just so you can see what you lifted yesterday. Your records remain on your device, under your control. When you choose to export your records, Gymothee can create a CSV file containing your workout data. You can then decide where to save it, whether to share it or to go full nerd mode and analyze it.
