Every habit is a plant in your own small garden. Hold a plant to water it.
If a day doesn't happen, the plant gets a little thirsty. That's all. The first day barely shows, coming back is quicker than fading, and its size is never taken away. Plants never die.
A DROP IS ENOUGH Every habit has a minimum, like 1 push-up for 10 push-ups. On a hard day, the minimum still waters the plant.
GROW IT TOGETHER Start a shared garden with your partner, family or friends. A shared plant blooms only when everyone waters it, and Filiy never shows who didn't.
QUITTING IS A CACTUS Quitting smoking, sugar or something else? A slip counts as just one day, never a reset. The cactus shows your clean days over all time and the money kept.
IT WATERS ITSELF Connect a plant to Apple Health (steps, sleep, water…) or to a place, and it waters itself. The values never leave your iPhone and are never stored.
