In short

Heft - Photo Storage is a utilities app that analyzes the photos and videos on an iPhone to show where library space goes, including large videos, screenshots, RAW files, and Live Photos. It works fully on-device with no account or uploads, and it requires confirmation before anything is deleted. A notable detail is that it separates measured storage figures from estimated ones.
