Hoemaieow is a workshop app for planning the fermentation of mead and honey drinks. The app calculates the ratio of honey, water and batch volume, original and final gravity, and estimated strength, yeast and nutrient requirements and fermentation time, bottling and carbonation. Values are adjusted with sliders, settings can be saved, and a technical summary can be exported in PDF, CSV or DXF format. The app works without an internet connection or account. The Pro version is unlocked with a one-time payment, with no subscription.
