Dům v klidu helps you stay on top of maintenance for your house, apartment or holiday home. Keep equipment, due dates, service history, costs and documents together in one clear, organised place. Add a boiler, water heater, air conditioner or other household equipment. Start with ready-made templates, adjust the intervals to suit your equipment and schedule recurring or one-off maintenance. Optional reminders help you keep track of upcoming tasks. Everything for your home: • Manage multiple properties, each with its own equipment, maintenance and documents. • Get started with customisable equipment and maintenance templates. • See upcoming due dates and tasks that need attention. • Receive local reminders and snooze them without changing maintenance due dates. • Keep a history of completed maintenance, including costs, service providers and contact details. • View service cost totals for a selected period, grouped by currency. • Record purchase details, retailers and your own warranty expiry dates. • Keep manuals, warranty documents and service receipts with the relevant equipment. • Import documents from Files and scan paper documents into PDF. • Search your records, including Czech text without diacritics. • See upcoming maintenance for a selected property in a widget. • Export a backup with history and attachments, and restore it into an empty set of records. • Use the app in Czech, English or Slovak. Privacy comes first: No registration, ads or analytics services. Your records are stored locally on your device, and the app does not use a developer-operated server. When exporting a backup, you choose where to save it in Files, including a cloud storage provider if you wish. The app does not include automatic synchronisation between devices or household sharing between users. Suggested dates and templates are organisational aids. Always check them against the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable regulations. Warranty expiry dates are entered by you; the app does not determine your statutory warranty rights.
