Housedex is the home record you actually keep up with.
Point your camera at any appliance's label and Housedex reads the brand, model, and serial number for you — no typing required. Snap the receipt too, and it's filed right alongside the equipment record.
From there, Housedex keeps track of everything that keeps a house running:
• Equipment records for every appliance, system, and tool, organized by room or by garage • Maintenance schedules with reminders, so filter changes and service visits don't get missed • Receipts, warranties, and manuals attached to the exact item they belong to • Whole-home systems — electrical panel, water shutoff, sump pump, HVAC — documented once and easy to find again • A searchable home record you can export as a PDF when you sell the house or call a contractor
Your home data belongs to you. Housedex stores your information on your devices and in your personal iCloud account — not on our servers. There's no account to create, and no one else gets your home's information.
Housedex is free for up to 5 items. Housedex Pro unlocks unlimited items and camera label scanning: $3.99 per month, $39.99 per year, or $59.99 one time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Prices may vary by region.
