KNOW WHAT'S DUE See which subscribers are up for renewal this week, what each renewal costs, and whether your wallet balance covers them.
LOOK UP ANY CUSTOMER Pull up a subscriber's current plan, expiry date, last renewal and connection status in one message.
FIND THE RIGHT PLAN Renew a customer onto a different plan without scrolling through long lists. Narrow down by duration and speed, or type something like "6 month" or "150 Mbps", then pick a plan to get a quote.
TOP UP IN A TAP If your balance is short, i2i AI tells you the minimum you need and creates a top-up request. Pay through any UPI app or on the web.
TALK INSTEAD OF TYPE Send a voice note when your hands are busy. i2i AI transcribes it and replies.
