About

Practise for the RCIC Entry-to-Practice Exam, Canada's licensing exam for immigration consultants: 1,377 original questions, 48 case files and timed mock papers built to the nine published unit weights. Free to try. The law is current to September 2026, for the 2026–2027 sittings, and studying needs no account or connection.

BUILT TO THE PUBLISHED BLUEPRINT The exam has 135 questions in three hours: 125 scored and 10 unscored pilot questions. CICC's Candidate Guide publishes the share of scored questions for each of its nine competency units. A full mock paper here is sampled to exactly those shares (Foundational Knowledge 22, Case Management 24, and so on) with 10 unscored pilot questions placed at random. A half paper (68 questions, 90 minutes) fits an evening.

CASE SETS, NOT JUST SINGLE QUESTIONS The real exam mixes single questions with case-based ones built on one client's facts. So does this app: 48 case files, each with three to five questions on the same facts — a sponsorship that stalls, a permit that lapses, a retainer that goes wrong.

A TARGET, NOT A PASS MARK CICC does not publish a pass mark, so the app never invents one. You see a projected score out of 125 against a target you set (75 % by default), and every mock paper shows where you landed, unit by unit.

ORIGINAL QUESTIONS, WRITTEN FROM THE LAW 1,377 original questions across 43 study areas, written from the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations, the Citizenship Act, the College Act, the Code of Professional Conduct, the IRB rules and guidelines, and the leading cases — each explained, with a pinpoint citation.

PRACTITIONER DRILLS New numbers every time, each with a worked answer: the PR residency obligation from a travel history, citizenship physical presence with the pre-PR half-day credit, IRB and Federal Court deadlines, sponsorship undertaking periods, CRS points, and a client travel file with five questions worked from it.

YOUR FILE, ON EVERY DEVICE Read case files on the train, sit a timed paper at your desk: the questions you have answered, your Smart Review schedule and your mock paper scores follow you between iPhone, iPad and Mac via your personal iCloud. There is no account to make, and nobody but you can see your results.

TRY IT, THEN DECIDE The first 50 questions are free in any mode, along with one mock paper (full or half) and the entire Library. If it suits you, a single Full Access purchase opens the rest: all 1,377 questions, as many mock papers as you want and every drill. You pay once — there is no subscription — and the same purchase works on your iPhone, iPad and Mac.

IN THE LIBRARY AND BEYOND • A card for each study area (seven must-know facts and a short essay) and quick-reference cards on the exam, key numbers and the 2025–2026 changes • Smart Review brings back each question you get wrong, at widening intervals, until you answer it reliably • Pick an answer, change it if you want, and confirm to read the explanation (keyboard: A–D, 1–4, Return) • Flag questions and move around a mock paper with the question grid • Light or dark appearance, or follow the system • No sign-in, no advertising, and no data collected by the developer

INDEPENDENT OF THE COLLEGE Immigration Consultant Exam is an independent study tool for candidates preparing for the RCIC Entry-to-Practice Exam.
