In short

InvestorLens turns public SEC Form 13F filings into readable summaries of institutional investors' US equity holdings. It lets users browse portfolios, search which tracked investors hold a stock, and read a risk profile for each portfolio. It stands out for stating the limits of 13F data wherever a position appears. No account is needed to browse.

About

InvestorLens turns public SEC Form 13F filings into something you can actually read.

Every quarter, large institutional investors must disclose their US equity holdings to the SEC. That information is public, but it arrives as raw filings that are hard to compare and easy to misread. InvestorLens organises it: what each investor holds, how large each position is, what changed since last quarter, and how the portfolio is structured.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Browse the disclosed portfolios of tracked institutional investors, ranked by reported value - See every position with its value, share count and weight in the portfolio - Search any stock to see which tracked investors reported holding it — and, separately, which ones have since exited - Read a Portfolio Risk Profile for each investor: how concentrated the portfolio is, how clustered by sector, and how much it rotated - Save investors and stocks to a watchlist that stays in sync with investorlens.capital - Keep browsing without a signal — recently viewed pages are stored on your device

BUILT TO BE HONEST ABOUT ITS LIMITS

13F filings cover long US equity positions only. They exclude short positions, options hedges, cash, bonds and non-US holdings, and they are disclosed up to 45 days after the quarter ends. InvestorLens states this wherever it shows a position, marks investors who have stopped filing, and says "no data yet" rather than inventing a number when a measure cannot be calculated honestly.

NO ACCOUNT NEEDED

Browsing requires no account. Signing in is optional and exists only to keep a watchlist that syncs with the website.
