iPalomino: Horse & Stable Care

iPalomino is the stable and ranch manager that keeps every animal, task and appointment in one place — and brings your whole team into it. Whether you care for one horse at home, run a farm with horses, cattle and goats, or work as a farrier or vet across several ranches, you always know what needs doing today.

ONE RANCH, THE WHOLE TEAM • Your farrier, vet, trainer, ranch workers and the owners of boarded horses join your farm or ranch with a simple invite code • Farriers, vets and trainers see the animals in their care, add health records and appointments, and keep every ranch they work for in one calendar • Ranch workers see their tasks, feeding and the feed stock, and keep the stock up to date • Owners of boarded horses follow and update only their own horse • Assign tasks to a person, see who added what, and get notified when something changes • Only you can delete animals or change the stable

EVERY ANIMAL, ONE PROFILE • Horses, ponies, donkeys, cattle, sheep, goats, poultry and more — 28 species • Breed, colour, age, microchip, passport and pedigree • A “Watch out for” note so every helper knows about allergies and quirks • Feeding and medication times with daily reminders

HEALTH UNDER CONTROL • Vaccinations, deworming, illnesses, injuries, treatments and weight in one timeline • A weight chart that helps you catch problems early • Deworming rotation: the app suggests which class of active substance to use next • Medication withdrawal periods you can’t miss • Export the full health record as a PDF for your vet or a buyer

KNOW WHAT TO DO IN AN EMERGENCY • The Emergency screen reads your animal’s own data and shows what needs attention • Your vet is one tap away, with the weight for dosing right there

NEVER MISS A THING • Calendar for farrier, vet, vaccinations, deworming, training and competitions • Repeating events — weekly, monthly or yearly • Tasks for you or your team, with urgent ones flagged • Reminders before every appointment

FEED THAT NEVER RUNS OUT • Track hay, oats, pellets and supplements • See how many days each one will last and get a warning before it runs low • Know what your feed costs every month

A QR CODE FOR EVERY BOX • Print a card with a QR code and stick it on the stable door • Anyone who scans it in the app instantly sees feeding, medication and warnings

BREEDING, FROM COVERING TO FOAL • Enter the covering date and the app schedules scans, vaccinations and the due date • A countdown to foaling, with gestation lengths for different species

YOUR VET AND FARRIER, ONE TAP AWAY • Vets, farriers, equine dentists, trainers, feed suppliers and more • Call, text or email in one tap, and see who is coming next • Find professionals near you

DOCUMENTS AND REGISTRATIONS • See which documents and registrations each animal needs • Keep passports and paperwork with the animal’s profile
