ItMoa

ItMoa is an app for the IT desk: staff requests, an equipment register with QR labels, software licences, supply movements and routine checks, all in one place.

■ Requests · Faults, installs, accounts, purchases and questions, with three levels of urgency up to work stopped · Assign an owner; in progress, on hold, done — with what was done and how long it took · Messages and photos within each request, and push alerts for new requests and replies · Staff don't install anything: they submit and follow requests from a link the IT desk hands out

■ Equipment register and QR labels · Your own asset types, with numbers assigned automatically; user, location and status for every item · Acquisition date, warranty end and cost; issue, return, repair and disposal history kept · Print QR labels on A4 label sheets — scan one in the app and that item opens

■ Computers report themselves · Staff PCs send their specs, IP and MAC addresses and installed programs (one Windows PowerShell script, nothing to install) · Spot machines that aren't in the register and add them as assets

■ Software licences · Subscription, perpetual, free and trial licences, sorted by the nearest expiry · Shown on the home screen 30 days before expiry; licences held checked against installations · Certificates and contracts attached; licence keys shown only on the detail screen

■ Supplies and movements · Quantity on hand and a minimum for each item, with a home-screen warning below it · Receipts, issues, returns and disposals recorded — a ledger of who received what · Stocktakes: match the recorded quantity to what's on the shelf; differences are kept as adjustments

■ Checks, joiners and leavers, off-site · Routine check items with their own intervals; check logs with photos and the next due date · Collect a leaver's equipment and software from one screen · Equipment taken off-site, flagged when it's past its return date

■ Inside the IT desk · IT approvals (purchases and disposals), notices, a board, chat and a directory · Bulk load departments, staff, assets, software and supplies from Excel

■ Safe by design · Separate storage for every company, two-step verification, sign-in history and remote sign-out · Movements and checks record who did it and when

■ Getting started No sign-up. Install the app and your IT desk workspace is ready; whoever installs it first is the super admin. IT staff join by scanning a QR code on an admin's phone. Companies using WorkMoa can let staff raise requests from inside WorkMoa. The user guide is at itmoa.nodemoa.com/manual.

■ Pricing Every company gets a 7-day free trial with 1 GB. After that, choose the plan: 10 GB, no limit on members, renewed monthly. If you don't start a plan, the company's data is deleted 14 days after the trial ends. When a plan ends, data is kept for as many months as you paid (up to 3) and then deleted. We let you know in advance, and you can download all company data before then.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
