KalmeFit: Gym Workout Planner
Not claimedYour week changes
By Squadora LLC · Health and fitnessIn short
KalmeFit: Gym Workout Planner builds a strength training plan around your training days, available time and equipment, with an AI agent named Kalme that helps build and adjust it in chat. It is aimed at adults 18 and older who want to exercise, not track nutrition. One notable feature is that schedule changes show the new week first and take effect only once you save them.

Your week changes. Your plan moves with it.
KalmeFit builds a strength training plan around the days you can train, the time you have and the equipment you use. Before it builds your plan, it asks a few health questions. Kalme, the app's AI agent, builds the plan with you in the chat and answers questions about your training.
LOG AS YOU GO Log a set on the Board, where your weights and reps start filled in from your last set, or tell Kalme "10 at 135". A rest timer runs between sets, with a chime and a notice on the lock screen. Tap an exercise to see how to do it.
YOUR HISTORY IS YOURS Every workout you finish stays in your history, a week at a time. Progress shows your recent weeks. Keep Notes alongside your training. Export your data from Settings whenever you like, or delete your account and its data in the app.
WHEN YOUR WEEK CHANGES Ask Kalme to move a session to another day or skip it. You see the new week first, and nothing changes until you save it.
A DAILY REMINDER Turn on a reminder for the days you have a workout. It is skipped once you have finished.
FREE AND PLUS Every new account gets everything for its first 3 days. After that, KalmeFit is Free: your plan repeats the same week, logging has no limit, the rest timer and Notes stay, you see your last 4 weeks of progress, and you get 20 messages to Kalme a day.
KalmeFit Plus adds a plan that steps up each week, choosing your own plan, adapting today's workout, logging in chat, the gym search during setup, exercise photos and the muscle map, your full Progress history, and a larger daily chat budget.
KalmeFit Plus Monthly is $12.99 a month. KalmeFit Plus Yearly is $99.99 a year. Eligible accounts get a 7-day free trial first. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews on its own unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it any time in iOS Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your KalmeFit account does not cancel it.
EXERCISE ONLY KalmeFit is about exercise for adults 18 and older. It does not track nutrition, and Kalme is not a clinician. For pain or an injury, talk to a doctor or physiotherapist.
Kalme's replies are written by an AI model through KalmeFit's own server, and only after you agree on the consent card. KalmeFit has no ads and no ad tracking.
