About
Ever tipped a lubricant canister and wondered if it would settle exactly on the mark?
Sight Band and Chevron Roll are the two jobs waiting on this turbine shelf.
Sight Band: swipe to tip each oil canister until its sight glass rests inside the painted band. Every glass on the shelf needs its own careful tilt. Overshoot the band and that step resets.
Chevron Roll: pinch and twist the inked roller until it matches the lit outline, then press to stamp the chevron stripe inside the panel's outline. Line it up wrong and the print smudges.
Sixty-four Sight Band steps and seventy-six Chevron Roll steps sit on the two shift benches.
A Shift Log keeps score: steps cleared, pours, presses, flawless streaks, and fourteen badges to chase.
Nine tips per shift keep one stuck step from turning into a stuck day.
No accounts. No countdown clock. Just the shelf, the glasses, and the roller.
A single one-time Hatch Pass opens the rest of Chevron Roll's panels: tighter tolerances, blank outlines, the tilting frame.
Two gauges, two mindsets: tip steady for Sight Band, roll steady for Chevron Roll.
