Laabam Connect

Laabam Connect is the calling app for teams who work a lead list. It opens on today's calls, in the order your manager set, and keeps every outcome where the rest of the company can see it.

Requires a Laabam One account. Your company's leads, call list and team come from Laabam One, and sign-in uses the same account you already have.

YOUR CALL LIST, FIRST THING The app opens on To call — the leads assigned to you for today, already in order. No deciding where to start.

KNOW WHO YOU ARE RINGING Before you dial, see the lead's score, what the last person found out, and what to do on this call. Every earlier call on that lead is listed, so you are never the second person to ask the same question.

ONE TAP TO CALL Tap the number and your phone dials it. Nothing to copy, nothing to retype.

LOG IT WHILE IT IS FRESH Straight after the call, record what happened: interested, call back later, not interested, no answer, line busy or wrong number. Add a note, set the follow-up date, update the lead's status and the value you expect. It takes seconds, and the call time is recorded for you.

NOTHING QUIETLY FORGOTTEN Calls you have made but not yet written up are counted and shown, so a lead never goes cold because somebody meant to come back to it later.

TAKE ON NEW WORK Pick up unassigned leads for yourself from the Leads tab. If you work across more than one company, switch between them without signing out.

SEE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE History shows every call you have made, with the outcome you gave it.

BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE MAKING THE CALLS No dashboards to configure and no setup to do. Sign in and the day's work is there.

PRIVACY Laabam Connect does not read your personal call history, your contacts or your messages. Your leads and call outcomes go to your company's Laabam One account and nowhere else. You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
