In short

Lavenote: Seizure Diary is a seizure diary app for people who have seizures and the family members or others who support them. Users can log an event quickly and add details later, then browse entries by month or year and export a PDF of up to 12 months to share with a healthcare team. Notable: trusted people can join a shared diary through iCloud, with control over who can add or only view entries.

About

A simple seizure diary for you and the people who support you.

Lavenote helps you record what happened without filling in a long form. Tap Log to save the time, then add details whenever you’re ready.

LOG NOW. ADD DETAILS LATER. Record how the event felt, its approximate duration, possible triggers and your notes. Details are optional, and you can mark an event as “Not sure”.

KEEP YOUR RECORDS TOGETHER Browse your diary by month or year. See recorded events and summaries of their timing, duration and possible triggers. These summaries reflect your entries; they do not predict seizures or establish their causes.

KEEP FAMILY IN THE LOOP Invite trusted people to a shared diary through iCloud. Choose who can add entries and who can only view them. Each entry shows who recorded it.

PREPARE FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT Export a PDF covering 3, 6 or 12 months, with a summary and your recorded events and notes. Print it or share it with your healthcare team.

MAKE IT COMFORTABLE TO USE Choose light or dark mode, calm accent colours, and calendar dots or day numbers. Widgets and Siri shortcuts give you more ways to log an entry.

START WITHOUT A LAVENOTE ACCOUNT Record entries on your iPhone, even without an internet connection. iCloud sync and family sharing require an Apple Account signed in to iCloud. There are no ads or tracking.

Lavenote is a diary, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, predict or treat seizures, or replace medical advice.
