In short

LazyFit: Standing Workouts is a health-fitness app that guides 3, 5 or 8 minute routines done entirely on your feet, using the phone's motion sensors to count reps and voice and haptic cues to keep tempo. It suits people who want short workouts at home, at a desk or in a kitchen without equipment or a camera. Its motion data is processed on the device and not stored or sent anywhere.

About

LazyFit turns the phone in your hand into a coach and a sensor. Pick 3, 5 or 8 minutes, hold the phone the way the screen shows you, and move. The motion sensors count your reps; voice and gentle haptics keep the tempo, so you barely need to look at the screen.

EVERYTHING IS STANDING No floor, no mat, no equipment, no camera. Squats, reverse lunges, torso twists, good mornings, jumping jacks, marching, side bends, overhead presses and front raises — all done on your feet, in a hallway, a kitchen or next to your desk.

PLAY WHILE YOU MOVE • Rhythm coach: hit the bottom of each squat on the drum; a clean combo adds bass and melody • Marble tray: tilt to roll the marble into each hole — a lazy half-rep never gets there • A moving figure shows every move, with how-to steps and the common mistake

MADE FOR BUSY DAYS • Start tiny: pick a daily anchor ("after my morning coffee") and the reminder asks for just 5 squats • Streak freezes for busy weeks, titles for showing up, a welcome back instead of guilt • Set the phone down and the session pauses; pick it up and a countdown starts again • Live Activity and Dynamic Island show your set at a glance • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets start a session in one tap • Reminders with a one-tap Start action • Streaks and a simple week view — no pressure, no leaderboards • Optional Apple Health logging: each session is saved as a workout with a calorie estimate • Body tab: log your waist, chest, arms and more; weight and waist sync with Apple Health • Available in 14 languages

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Free, with no account, no ads and no tracking. Motion data is processed live on your phone to count reps and is never stored or sent anywhere. Your sessions stay on your device.
