Lucive

Lucive is a journal and planner that keeps everything you write private.

Every entry is encrypted end to end and stored on your own device. When your devices sync, they talk through a relay that only ever handles sealed, opaque data. It cannot read your entries, and neither can we. There is no cloud account for your journal, no analytics, and no telemetry.

KEEP IT PRIVATE • Lock the app behind a password, with an inactivity timer you set • Entries are hidden behind a blur in the app switcher • A 12-word recovery phrase means you never lose access to your own writing • Modern, well established cryptography: XChaCha20-Poly1305 and Argon2id

Lucive is also available on Mac, so you can plan at your desk and pick up where you left off on your phone, with the same end-to-end encrypted sync between them.
