In short

Lull: App Blocker & Focus blocks chosen apps during focus sessions, bedtime and work schedules, showing a calm pause screen instead. It is aimed at people who want to cut phone distraction, and it is built on Apple's Screen Time with no account, ads or tracking. Standing out: nothing leaves the iPhone, and blocked apps can be reopened only through a limited number of 15-minute breaks.

About

Lull helps you put your phone down. Pick the apps that steal your time, and Lull keeps them closed while you focus, sleep or work.

FOCUS NOW • Start a session for 15 minutes to 12 hours. Blocked apps show a calm pause screen instead. • Strict mode: no breaks and no ending early.

SCHEDULES • Bedtime, deep work, weekends: set it once and Lull blocks on autopilot.

MINDFUL BREAKS • Really need an app? Take a 15-minute break from the block screen. You get a few a day, so every one is a choice.

PROGRESS • Focus minutes today and this week, plus your streak.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Built on Apple's Screen Time. Apple never tells Lull which apps you use, and nothing leaves your iPhone. • No account, no ads, no tracking.

LULL PRO (OPTIONAL) Free includes one schedule, sessions up to 1 hour and 3 breaks a day. Pro adds unlimited schedules, sessions up to 12 hours, strict mode and your own break allowance. • Pro Yearly with a 7-day free trial, Pro Monthly, or Pro Lifetime (one-time purchase). • Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. A free trial converts to a paid subscription at the price shown. • Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ • Privacy: https://lull-focus.vercel.app/privacy
